(6:00 pm canceled)

Mon, Sep 6: 10:00 am, 4:30 pm, 6:30 pm
(6:00 am and 8:15 pm canceled)

  • Doors open 30 minutes before class (15 minutes before the 6:00 AM class).
  • All classes are 90 minutes.
  • New clients should arrive at least 15 minutes early.
  • There is no late admittance.
